One of our Popcorn Artists, Emily, hails from Hawaii. When she first started talking about the Hawaiian popcorn special (Hurricane popcorn) Chef Stephane and I listened very closely. Then we did some research and played around. The final result is our newest seasonal flavor – Kyoto Mix!
One of our seasonal flavors is international. The last stop we made was in India with Masala popcorn, now we have Japanese popcorn! Kyoto Mix is made from seaweed, sesame, brown sugar and miso. It’s a highly umami sweet and savory vegan popcorn which many of our customers describe as addictive. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
