Malala Yousafzai & International Women’s Day

Hero_Malala_QUOTEHappy International Women’s Day! We nominate Malala Yousafzai as our hero, who inspires us with her bravery and persistence. Though just a 14 year old girl, her insistence on education made her so threatening that she was shot by men from The Taliban in October at point blank range. She survived.

We donated 5% of our sales for that week to the Malala Fund to help her realize her dream of education for children across the world. We look forward to following her lead and her courage as she grows into a woman.

Donate to the Malala Fund here.
