Chef Stephane upped the complexity for our new flavor line up, asking our Popcorn Artists to chop, crisp and grind herbs. Emily and Arielle were up for the challenge, so now our complete fall line up is in place!
The new seasonal flavors are:
Porcini Cheddar: Heavenly essence of fall forest flavors
Za’atar: A visit to a Middle Eastern souk
Bacon Apple Bourbon Caramel: our fancy flavor. A savory sweet fall caramel.
The Bacon Apple Bourbon Caramel is our first nonvegetarian popcorn. We are committed to sourcing regionally and sustainably, so the bacon is from Benton’s and Edwards farms through the Heritage Meat Shop in Essex Market. Both farms raise heritage pigs in antibiotic free, small farm environments. The apple cider we use is from Red Jacket Orchards in Upstate New York.
